3. • Payment is made on the first 10 monthly memberships only. All other sales will be paid at standard payout.
4. • All New Affiliate payouts will be held the first week and will be paid out on the second week in addition to the 2nd weeks payout. Then will continue to pay weekly with no holds after first week.
   
   EXAMPLE: all sales sent between Aug 8th - Aug 21st will be paid out on Aug 22 and all payment following will be paid every Monday with no hold
